Visitor Registration

We have introduced an online registration procedure for all visitors to White Rose Club. Before your first / next visit you are required to complete the visitor registration form or if you have not previously registered with us.

The registration process applies to day visitors, those bringing their own touring/camping facilities and those wishing to utilise the available club caravans.

On completion tick the box to signify you agree to the Visitor Information and Guidelines and then click the submit button.

Your form will automatically be emailed to our booking team. We will then review your request and you will be contacted by a member of our Bookings Team within 3 working days, however as you can hopefully appreciate we are all volunteers and we do therefore ask for your patience.

Important

Please ensure you fill in the last question concerning supportive notes. A little bit of personal background will assist us in evaluating your request.

Sample responses that will be helpful would be:

• You’ve visited before.

• You know some members.

• You have visited other clubs.

• You are a seasoned Naturist.

• You are new to naturism and would like to give it a try.

• Or any other information you feel may be helpful.

Remember

On your first visit, you will be required to provide a Photo identity e.g. a Passport or a Driving Licence and proof of your address e.g. a recent utility bill. You will not be admitted if you fail to bring these documents with you.
