Joining White Rose Club

So you are thinking of applying for membership…

White Rose Club welcomes genuine naturists to join. However, we are currently fully subscribed and have a waiting list for applications. We also have a quota for single members.

Applications for entry onto the waiting list are considered carefully to ensure that prospective members share our values and would contribute to the life, care, maintenance and visitor aspects of the Club.

How do I/we add our name/s to the waiting list?

  • Email your request to new.members.secretary@whiteroseclub.co.uk to express your interest.

  • Our secretary will reply and ask if you agree to White Rose retaining your contact details (for GDPR compliance).

  •  The date your agreement is received will be the date that you are added to the waiting list.

  • You will also be encouraged to continue to book and come often as visitors so you can to get to know the Club and for members to get to know you. There is no limit to the number of times you can do this.

Alternatively

If our New Members Secretary (Jill – site number 19) happens to be on site when you visit, you can have a chat with her and she will explain the procedure and take your details for the waiting list.

What Happens Next?

  • When your name reaches the top of the waiting list (due to our popularity it could be a long wait!) you will be contacted and provided with a password to complete the online application form below.

  •  However, if you have not visited at least three times during the interim period, the Committee reserves the right to offer the opportunity to another prospective member on the waiting list who has been visiting regularly. This may seem harsh but regular attendance is a prerequisite of membership so it is best to find out early on in the process if you would be able to make the commitment.

Application for Membership

On receipt of your application The Committee will consider if they wish to pursue it and will tell other members about it. They will only disclose your first names and the first part of your postcode.

You will then be invited to make three official pre-membership visits during which you will be expected to talk to other members and get to know much more about the Club and understand the difference between being a visitor and a member, especially in terms of the commitment required. Because we do not have any paid staff, membership comes with expectations and requirements including regular attendance.

  • During one of your visits, you will be invited to meet the Committee for an informal chat.

  • On completion of your three official visits, if you and the Club wish to proceed, you will be offered Associate Membership which lasts for one year.

  • The New Members Secretary and an experienced mentor will guide you through this period. At the end of the year, if all goes well, you will be offered full membership.

Annual Membership Fees For 2025-26

Fees may be paid in instalments by arrangement with the treasurer. Fees are due by the 31st March each year.
