Members Data Update

 

In line with the White Rose Club Data Protection, Information Security and GDPR Policy (DPIS & GDPR) the committee need to review the personal data held to ensure that it is appropriate and accurate and is only held for as long as is required to manage membership and safeguard members and visitors.

 

We ask that all members complete the form opposite.

We do require a full postal address as part of our camping licence agreement.

 

For safety reasons we must have an emergency contact in case anything should happen to you whilst you are at White Rose Club.

 

This does not have to be Next of Kin but someone who knows you are a member of White Rose Club and can take action to collect you and / or support you if required.

On completion tick the box to signify you agree to your personal data being held and processed in accordance with WR DPIS & GDPR Policy and then click the submit button.

 

Your form will automatically be emailed to our committee.

Any changes to your personal data will be corrected and stored securely in line with our policy.
